As a perinatal therapist, I will work to reduce anxiety and depression that comes with pregnancy and postpartum healing. I want to collaborate together on addressing the issues you may be battling such as, guilt and shame about motherhood, the challenges of motherhood, navigating your relationship after baby and traumatic experiences.

I value working alI individuals within the perinatal community (LGBTQ+, partners, adoptive families, women). I feel that there is a lack of support surrounding the various experiences of pregnancy or parenthood- which can be overwhelming! My goal is to create a supportive healing environment for all.

Story
Getting to Know Me.
I have over six years of experience as a mental health therapist specializing in trauma and child development, starting my career with adoptive families. I later focused healing childhood trauma for both children and mothers. Personally, I faced prenatal challenges and dealt with depression anxiety after the birth of my first child, but I found a wonderful counselor who guided me through motherhood. This combination of professional and personal experiences ignited my passion for helping other feel less isolated in the emotional journey of motherhood.
